We are a unique, woman-owned used bookstore with 13,500 well-curated recent bestsellers in excellent condition. We serve coffee, teas, hot chocolate and cold drinks. We also host weekly mah jong games, Spanish lessons, and a Spanish Book Club.
Spanish Lessons: Courses begin in September, January and April.

CATS
Since 2019, we have homed over 300 cats!
We host and accept applications for adoptable cats through Spay Day HRM.
The cats roam free, and we ask that you watch your children and your feet.
Seamus is our resident cat. He is always here and ready to make new friends.
While there is always at least one cat in store, adoptable cats
come and go at unpredictable intervals.
If your visit is primarily to meet adoptable cats, please call first.
STORE CREDIT
We do not offer store credit or trades for books. All store credit expired in 2019.
